Harrow Climate Change Strategy

19 May 2011: Harrow adopted its climate change strategy in September 2009. In October 2010, Cabinet reviewed the Strategy and agreed to consult on the revised Action Plan. The consultation took place in January/February 2011. The Cabinet today considered responses to this Public Consultation.
