Unwanted fruit and veg from three of Hackney’s street markets is to be used to create green electricity

18 April 2011: Waste food from Hoxton, Broadway and Ridley Road markets will be collected by specialist recycling company Biogen Greenfinch. Further information on Hackney’s website and Biogen Greenfinch’s website
